Overdue E-Mail If an order is overdue, it is possible to sent an E-Mail to reminder the customer about the order that is still to be collected. | currently being planned -> coming to the API soon 🤓 |
Cancel E-Mail Cancelling is a special case, because the API (or the Pickup Cloud Web App) allows you to chose a reason for the cancellation. This reason is reflected in the E-Mail. | ⬇️ See the Cancel E-Mails below for more Details. |

The cancel E-Mail is tied to the cancellation reason, that's why there are 6 different cancel E-Mails depending on the selected reason.
