If an order is overdue, it is possible to sent an E-Mail to reminder the customer about the order that is still to be collected.

Cancel E-Mail
Cancelling is a special case, because the API (or the Pickup Cloud Web App) allows you to chose a reason for the cancellation.

This reason is reflected in the E-Mail.
