The PUC API can send E-Mails at various touch points in the customer journey as well as for various reasons within the journey.

Self Registration E-Mail "Customer self registration" is checked -> an E-Mail is sent that includes the link to the self registration. A customer can enter personal data by themselves. Pickup E-Mail A article (or more) gets stored in the robot -> an E-Mail is sent to the customer with the Pickup QR Code, informing the customer that the order is ready to be picked up. Overdue E-Mail If an order is overdue, it is possible to sent an E-Mail to reminder the customer about the order that is still to be collected.	currently being planned -> coming to the API soon 🤓
Cancel E-Mail Cancelling is a special case, because the API (or the Pickup Cloud Web App) allows you to chose a reason for the cancellation. This reason is reflected in the E-Mail.	⬇️ See the Cancel E-Mails below for more Details.
