Manually dispense a pickup order by order number

This method allows you to manually dispense items which were loaded for an existing pickup order, given the original order number.
NOTE: The status is not changed to picked up if there are no real local devices setup.

Additional information required for dispensing: the output location where to output the items.

the id of the location where the pharmacy robot will output the package.
if you send 1 instead of a number, the robot will output the package on the default location.

The order is in a state which doesn't allow dispensing (has been picked up already)
