Manually dispense a pickup order by unique pickup code

This method allows you to manually dispense items which were loaded for an existing pickup order, given the original order pickup code.
NOTE: The status is not changed to picked up if there are no real local devices setup.

the id of the location where the pharmacy robot will output the package.
if you send 1 instead of a number, the robot will output the package on the default location.

The order is in a state which doesn't allow dispensing (has been picked up already)
